SHIPPING
We process and post orders daily so that they get to our customers as soon as possible.
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $300 within Australia and NZ
FREE RETURNS ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIAN
- Orders under $300 require a $15 express shipping charge
- Free shipping or shipping charge is automatically applied at checkout.
- We do our best to ship all orders by the end of the following business day
- Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following day
- Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped out Monday
- Orders shipped via Australia Post within Australia
- Orders shipped via DHL Express to New Zealand
EXPRESS SHIPPING can be arranged for an additional $15 per order. This shipping charge does not include any customs duty or taxes which may apply to your order. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
We want our customers to be completely happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t quite meet expectations. Therefore we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase provided items are full price, in original packaging, unworn and in their original condition.
To make a return please contact info@clutchmoto.com.au with your contact details, the reason for return and preference for exchange or refund. Once Clutch Moto customer service has reviewed your request for a return we will contact you with information on how to return the goods.
Item/s must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to availability or stock.
We can only process a refund through your original payment method.
We do not refund on discount items, sale items, end of line items.
Once we receive the goods we will issue your refund within 2 business days of receiving your return. Please be aware that PayPal and your financial institution may take a further few days to complete the process.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
While we make every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the availability of stock sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund. Alternatively, you can request a pre-purchase for your size once restocked.
